Listed below are our assorted Membership Forms for the Birmingham Association of REALTORS®. Please download and complete the appropriate form for your purposes.

For the most efficient processing time for your application(s), please email the completed forms with payment information to or if you prefer, you may fax the completed documents to the Association office at (205)802-6074.  After your forms have been processed, a member of the Association Staff will contact you by email.

New Affiliate Forms

There are two categories for Affiliate Membership: Affiliates – who are the Primary Affiliate member; and Affiliate Associates – who join under a Primary Affiliate Member.

New Agent

The fees for new Agent Membership are prorated on a monthly basis. For the most current rate, please call the Association Office at (205)871-1911.

New Company

In order for a New Company to join, the following will need to be submitted:

1. A completed application
2. A Signed MLS Rules and Acknowledgement Form
3. Copy of company and broker license
4. Photo of company sign (from in front of the physical building or office door).
