Education Advisory Group

To enhance REALTORS® personal and professional development through quality education and to provide direction and support of BAR’s strategic plan for the following Workgroups and Task Forces: Technology and MLS Training Workgroup and Leadership Academy Trustees.

Grievance Committee

To promote and uphold professionalism within the membership, in accordance with the Code of Ethics, to elevate the business of members and to protect the REALTOR brand. Committee will determine if complaint moves forward to a hearing with the Professional Standards Committee based on the Code of Ethics and processes as defined by the National Association of REALTORS. Must attend annual Professional Standards training provided by BAR.

Professional Standards Committee

Attend Professional Standards training. Must be able to attend panels on Fridays when applicable and maintain non-biased professionalism while respecting strict confidentiality of the case. *Must have two years’ experience on the Grievance Committee.
